4-C Salad

It’s getting to be the time of year when we’re thinking of lighter foods like salads.  Early Spring is a good time to lighten up our eating habits to help our bodies shed the heaviness of Winter.

My Chatelaine reading friend sent me this recipe for a salad featuring celery.  The four C’s stand for celery, carrots, cranberries and cinnamon — definitely an interesting combination!  This article also discusses celery’s many health benefits.
