Food in the Koots strives to be relevant to foodies in the region. As editor, I want to share the sensual delight that food is to me, and seek out recipes that make use of seasonally available foods. I’m usually hungry after posting them and hope you’re hungry after reading them. I also share my interest in regional food issues, eating establishments and events.
