Over Ripe Bananas

Sometimes over ripe bananas sell at dirt cheap prices, but what to do with them?
According to one of my collective house mates, you freeze them! That’s right – then when you feel like a treat you mash them up and they’re just like ice cream. You can add berries and other kinds of fruit, and they’re delicious and much more nutritious than the stuff made with dairy, etc. (and that can be one loaded etc. — just read the ingredients on the container some time).
So next time you see over ripe bananas on sale, remember that they can go into the freezer and become a healthy and delicious dessert.
