Watermelon Mint Smoothie

Posted by Diana van Eyk on September 6th, 2011

I tried to think of what the most refreshing combination of flavours would be for these hot days, and came up with watermelon and mint.  I found this recipe on the Kids Eating Healthy Blog Spot, and think it sounds wonderful!  And I’m sure fresh strawberries from your garden, if you have them, will be even better than frozen.  These would also be wonderful frozen and made into popsicles.

Enjoy!
